Да, функциональные возможности ограничены, но изначально на это и не рассчитываешь, поскольку это всё же вспомогательный инструмент, когда отлучился от компа. Понятно, что совершенству нет предела, но основное есть: можно принимать, передавать, закрывать диалоги, использовать шаблоны, переключать статусы, видеть диалоги коллег и находящиеся в данный момент на боте, цитировать/редактировать/удалять сообщения. Были проблемы с пушами, но их оперативно поправили по заявке. Приложение стабильное и не вылетает. Лично для меня всего достаточно, как для карманного помощника.
