They blamed Virgin. I was unable to board my flight as the boarding pass couldn’t be printed. Webjet were happy to take my money but not willing to sort this problem their system created on Virgin. Have now just received a notification of flight changes to our original flight, even though this was changed months ago! They are very convenient for an emergency booking on and off to Philippines since then and until at present. You can mix and match airline services and complete reservations right away and prices are quite competitive. Also customer services are very responsive and reliable communication with your bookings when fly changes, cancellations or booking disruptions.
