After a few months it no longer connects to an iPhone 17 pro. and is worthless. A very expensive paperweight. FIX THIS!!!! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-01-19* Using RR2. Could go through and set up to flash, but at the end of the flash it bombed. The same way 6 times in a row. The Mac version is having its own problems. Good luck. ### 1/5 — Unsupported *2025-07-15* Will not detect a module. Use the PC or Mac app instead. I didn't believe the 2 star rating until I installed and used it. Even after flashing using the PC app, the iOS app still can't detect the module. Serial number displayed doesn’t match device. Even after programming via PC (Mac software loads with blank white screen) you can’t connect to it via Bluetooth. It says you must use Weblink Desktop to flash. Why even advertise it’s supported with iOS?? ### 1/5 — Fails to execute *2024-06-13* Won’t connect for initial flash via Bluetooth. Packaging, device and instructions do not indicate where device serial number can be found. App brings up serial number that matches nothing on device. Is that from my previous RR2 long gone? If it doesn’t connect via Bluetooth the extra money spent on RR2 is wasted. ### 1/5 — Absolute Garbage *2023-03-03* App doesn’t work on any device. Login immediately fails. ### 1/5 — Nice idea but terrible execution *2023-01-07* This app just doesn’t work, tried multiple times to flash the rr2 and it fails every time! So when they issue an update for your vehicle, you have to pull out the module and connect to a laptop to update. For the cost of all this, it is unacceptable. Clearly they don’t fix the glitches and just don’t care about the practicality or their customers. Subaru BRZ , rr2 with HRSU2 ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2021-11-06* App will not open on my I phone. As soon as I put in Email and password it boots me back to my Home Screen . I can’t even program my Maestro Rr2 to be able to get my radio to work. This thing is to expensive to not have it work ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Worked awesome to integrate a Toyota 4runner Limited with an aftermarket stereo *2025-09-13* So the bottom line is to have all of your data and take your time and do it right. You cannot program the device when it’s hooked up to the stereo. All wires except for the power wire have to be disconnected. It has to be flashed properly before the new stereo will ever turn on.
