### 4/5 — I would like to know how to delete and add medications to the list.

*2026-07-26, version 11.31*

I like the reminders and the report on pollens.

### 3/5 — Contradicting

*2026-07-15, version 11.31*

This app doesn’t save birthday or sex, and neither does the website. Nor does it save the email address? How are we supposed to create a profile for easier use when the app doesn’t work properly??

### 4/5 — Very helpful go to references

*2026-06-17, version 11.31*

I find this very helpful for quick research on my medical conditions. Seeing a dr for every little thing is unproductive.

### 2/5 — Verified medication details from professional doctors

*2026-06-11*

Med reminders, doctors, symptom checker, medicine side effects

### 4/5 — Healthy dad wanting solid medical info

*2026-05-29, version 11.30*

WebMD is a trusted site with credible, clear, and helpful information for me and my family. I appreciate the lack of hyperbole, direct information, and that it doesn’t always have an answer. It reminds me that it’s a resource but not the end-all/be-all for everyday medical issue questions.

### 2/5 — Why am I always DYING?

*2026-05-24, version 11.30*

So I have used this app for many years and when it tells me I’m dying or tells me my kids are dying I delete it!! But I am having some very troubling symptoms so I thought I’d try it again! I’m not dying, but it’s not recognizing the answers to the questions it asked! I’m having abdominal pain and I marked the box that says prior appendix surgery, and then when I went to go check what my symptoms could mean it tells me I am having an appendicitis!!! Seriously I’m marked at the box already and you’re telling me I have a condition in an organ I no longer have!!?? It is so user unfriendly. I am deleting it for the last time!! by the way, my kids never died, even though it told me multiple times that they were

### 4/5 — Quetiapine

*2026-04-14, version 11.29*

Summary for daily life application as a first time user

### 4/5 — My aid

*2026-04-08, version 11.29*

I have been using WebMD for several years now. I have daily medications that I take once or twice a day. And it always reminds me and has descriptions of medications, in detail, if I have questions.

### 3/5 — “Save your sex for faster symptom checker”

*2026-03-14, version 11.29*

The app will not save my sex! Bug. Please fix. Thanks

### 4/5 — Organized

*2026-03-09, version 11.28*

It helps me stay on time with my medication with reminders.

### 3/5 — Won’t always open

*2026-02-24, version 11.28*

I love this app and have used it for many years to track medication and check symptoms, but it is getting really frustrating. That half of the time I try to open it it won’t open. Please fix this!!

### 4/5 — Add A Calendar View

*2026-02-08, version 11.27.1*

I would really like to have a calendar that shows the days that a med is started and the days that it might be missed. This would be really helpful to see when the med was first prescribed, an overview of any missed doses as well as to see when a refill is upcoming.

### 3/5 — Saved Medication information

*2026-02-06, version 11.27.1*

I was really loving this app. But all of a sudden, all of my saved information for dosage for everything is now gone. I don’t understand why it’s not saving my saved information anymore.

### 4/5 — My go to.

*2026-01-25, version 11.27*

A valuable resource.

### 2/5 — clunky layout, no face id

*2025-11-24, version 11.25*

The user interface is sloppy and all over the place and hard to navigate. And they don’t offer Face ID so you constantly have to put in your password.

### 3/5 — Won’t update personal info in profile

*2025-11-23, version 11.25*

When I try to add or edit my personal profile it will not stop loading and doesn’t update.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Absolute scam

*2026-08-25, version 11.32*

Been trying to get a basic refill since June. And before that it took 7 months to get the first medication shipped. They always message “we’re elevating your concern” or “we’ve passed you message on to your provider”. I don’t think they actually have any doctors. STAY FAR AWAY

### 1/5 — Meh

*2026-05-13, version 11.30*

Won’t sync with devices. Has a lot of general information. Not specifically helpful.

### 1/5 — Not worth my time!

*2026-01-30, version 11.27.1*

I received a security alert that my data may have been breached and was advised to change my password. Sounds reasonable except WebMD’s systems don’t actually work.

This issue has been ongoing since at least mid-2025. Any attempt to update account information results in an endless spinning cog that never completes. I tested this on:
	•	WebMD’s website (Safari and Firefox)
	•	The iOS app
	•	The iPad version of the app

Same result every time. I even let it spin for over 20 minutes with no recovery.

This is clearly a backend issue that has gone unfixed for months. If users can’t update passwords or personal information after a security alert, that’s a serious failure especially for a health-related platform.

There’s no chance I’d consider a paid subscription when basic account security doesn’t function on the free tier.
Do better!

### 1/5 — Not working

*2025-12-15, version 11.26*

Yes nib

### 1/5 — How about matching the right Doctor to the correct profile???

*2025-11-30, version 11.25*

Searched Dr Emily Sheveland, found her; profile is for a Dr Hurt… huh?

### 1/5 — Failure to define

*2025-11-06, version 11.24*

I went to WebMD for a simple definition of “Dyslipidemia”.
The result was a blank screen.
I had to Google it.
I had always used WebMD for med info because I trusted it, but I guess that won’t always work now.

### 1/5 — Glucose Testing Results

*2025-09-16, version 11.22*

My glucose test results was 104 slightly out of range on the high side. I signed up for WebMD to learn more about the glucose test and how to interpret the results and got no information about the test or how to understand the results. I am deleting this app because my very first time in using the app it delivers zero information.

### 1/5 — Unknown error occurred

*2025-07-09, version 11.19*

Repetead errors now when searching symptoms and log in to save age and gender tells me to created profile when I have one and way to many emails

### 1/5 — Crashes every day

*2025-05-29, version 11.17.1*

Everyday when my medication alerts pop in and I click them the app crashes

### 1/5 — Too much activity

*2025-05-18, version 11.16.1*

Pop ups click this click that no scroll but then asks if I love it. I’ve opened this app twice in idk how long and it takes longer to get info here than google. Also a dark screen option would be nice

### 5/5 — WebMD

*2026-06-09, version 11.30*

An excellent medical site that explains in lay terms medical diagnoses and treatments. The explanations are geared to patients and give information that is aimed at a layperson.

### 5/5 — Slow loading

*2026-06-05, version 11.30*

I love this app. I use it every day for my reminders and notifications. The articles are also helpful ind interesting BUT when opening the app it loads slowly. Hope it can be fixed 🤞🏼

### 5/5 — Merge this with my PCP

*2026-02-04, version 11.27.1*

I had trusts run an no one sent results to my physician. When I gave he the info I received he said he was not a part of WebMed! Why have software for all doctors to use and helps with future diagnosis if not all doctors use this information! How can we make this go to ALL my Medicare specialists!
