Ist eine Anmeldung nicht mehr möglich. Jeglicher Kontakt Versuch mit dem Support ist nicht möglich. Was mir persönlich noch fehlt, und das muss sein, ist die Möglichkeit meine Zeitnachweise, Verdienstnachweise und etc. aus der App heraus als PDF auf mein Handy zu laden und speichern uz können, dann müsste man die Dokumente, wenn man sie unterwegs braucht, nicht in der Arbeit ausdrucken. Es gibt viele Mitarbeiter die in der Urlaubszeit solche Dokumente benötigen, müssen aber extra ins Werk rein um auszudrucken 🙈. Würde viel Papier sparen und damit wäre die App voll digital. Also wenn das mit dem PDF noch kommt, bekommt die App von mir 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ### 5/5 — Alles bestens, soweit alles relevante drin. *2024-01-31* Wenn man die Anleitung sauber macht haut es auch gut hin, könnte besser sein aber passt. Handywechsel klappt auch gut und was viele nicht wissen, auch die IT hilft bei Problemen bzw. setzt die gemachten Fehler zurück. Ich nutze sie oft, schon allein wegen Verdienstnachweis und JaWa. ### 3/5 — Mitteilungen verschwinden nicht *2023-10-06* Die Mitteilung für neuen Content verschwindet nicht mehr. Auch nicht nach Neustart, Ab und Anmeldung oder De und Neuinstallation. ### 3/5 — Mitteilungen beim iPhone *2023-09-19* Seit dem letzten Update wird die Zahl bei den Mitteilungen auch nach dem anschauen der Mitteilung nicht mehr automatisch gelöscht. Vorher war alles in Ordnung. Ansonsten ist die App absolut super. Die wichtigsten Nachrichten sind immer sofort verfügbar und man kann alles was ein Mitarbeiter braucht aufrufen. Spitze 👍🏻 ### 4/5 — Super App, aber seit letzten Update Störung *2023-03-06* Seit dem letzten Update funktionierte die App noch 1 Tag, dann musste ich mich neu anmelden und bekomme danach folgende Meldung: Leider hat die Anmeldung nicht funktioniert. Vermutlich ist ihr Standort aktuell noch nicht freigeschaltet. Falls Sie sich nicht sicher sind, finden Sie unter „Login Informationen" weitere Angaben. Diese Angaben erreichen Sie auch über den Menüpunkt „Info & Hilfe" > „Login Informationen". Ansonsten versuchen Sie es bitte erneut. Was ist hier schief gelaufen, hat doch vorher alles einwandfrei funktioniert. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign in *2022-11-30* Updated today and can no longer sign in ### 1/5 — No longer works since update 11/23 *2022-11-22* Stopped working ### 1/5 — Eigentlich eine tolle App, aber ... *2022-09-28* Die App ist super, schnell aktuelle Info's, Zugriff auf wichtige persönliche Daten und natürlich das elektronische Übermitteln einer Krankmeldung, top 👍 Jetzt kommt das "Aber": Ich habe während des Urlaubs das Mobiltelefon gewechselt, was zur Folge hatte, dass der NetIQ Authenticator prompt sämtliche Daten verloren hat. Heute das Update der we@bmwgroup-App gemacht. Folge: keine Möglichkeit mehr, sich bei der App anzumelden ! Solange man keinen Zugriff auf einen Rechner am Arbeitsplatz hat (z.B. Krankheit) ist das Ganze unbenutzbar ! Sehr schlecht, man bräuchte für solche Fälle eine Möglichkeit, den Authenticator neu einzurichten oder eine Alternativmethode, um sich wieder einloggen zu können.
