Lors de l’EWC2026, j’ai voulu acheter des billets pour le 21/08/26, j’ai effectué l’achat le 20/08 à 21h et c’était mentionné du 18 au 23 août, je me suis pas posé la question de la date puisque de toute façon le 20/08 il n’y avait plus d’événements prévus pour la section Counter Strike. A la mauvaise surprise le lendemain en rendant à l’événement, le site m’a vendu un billet de la veille. Sur place on m’indique qu’il n’y a pas de système de remboursement, et qu’il faudra passer par le site et surtout ils m’ont expliqué que d’après eux, ils continuent à vendre des billets temps qu’il n’est pas minuit du jour J. Après avoir envoyé un mail, on me répond qu’il n’y aura pas de remboursement puisque j’ai accepté les conditions et politiques. ### 1/5 — Shame *2026-08-19* Honteux d’être obligé de télécharger une app pour avoir des billets qu’on a payer !!! They don’t appear in the app either, making them completely inaccessible. I contacted customer support several times, but they were unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, I was passed around without any real assistance. When you did not. You can find many victims of this behaviour by the platform on X. It also seems very fishh to me that queues are suspiciously long. Anyways, what matters is my experience as a customer. And it was 10 times better purchasing the ticket from another reseller platform with (actual) guarantees and responsive customer support! ### 1/5 — Dishonest and shady business practices *2026-03-31, version 1.4.60* I’d avoid attending any venue or event that requires you to use WeBook for tickets. Their shady business practices leave you out of pocket if an event is falsely advertised.
