Even the names of some properties are outdated enough that one cannot locate the analogous item ### 2/5 — Tower locator changes *2024-09-15* I can reboot my phone and when I click on FIND my nearest cell tower, it always shows a different result. All over the place. There aren’t any back buttons to get to the main page. I’m on AT&T and they are showing Verizon pages. Sure there are videos, videos that are less helpful than what you find on YouTube. The only thing it will do is tell you what direction a cell tower is but not where it is. Oh thanks weBoost! Go in this direction and eventually you will get to a tower! That’ll give you the most power from your amplifier. It is a bit cumbersome to have to go back and forth from the app to the phone app to get information to feed into the weBoost app but not bad at all. The app was released after I had the system installed so I do not have experience with the installation process using the app. **Developer response:** Thanks for leaving a review! We can be reached at support@wilsonelectronics.com ### 3/5 — Not very useful *2024-06-11* I downloaded the app because the marketing packet inside my device’s box suggested it to help with setup and said it would let me see what my signal was like before and after. I personally didn’t find the set up videos to be helpful, since it’s easy and one of the items wasn’t even included with my product, despite choosing the correct one from the list. There’s also nowhere in the app that I can see to directly compare my signal before and after. I was expecting some sort of dashboard that showed I have X bars or signal strength without it and it raises me to Y bars or signal strength afterwards. Doesn’t feel like there’s a strong reason to keep the app without being able to monitor that or see things like my history or a map of towers.
