First, Webot is charging a $47 fee just to credit my own returned funds. Second, they claim it will take 60 days to complete the transaction. In 2026, there is no technological excuse for a 60-day processing window for a digital asset transfer. This is a blatant cash grab and a complete lack of regard for customer service. When funds are returned to our shared Hot Wallet instead of your unique deposit address, identifying and crediting them requires a secure, manual engineering process.
