You spend far more time watching countless ads.  This is rotten.

Doesn’t work. It uses remote servers to do the work.  So the app is just shell. I could go direct to online servers myself.

Tried using this to convert WEBP files, but got the error message that it does not support that file format.  Seems like a big fail as that is the sole purpose of the app.

Well, on my iPhone 14 Pro, on iOS 16.4.1, app can’t even load images. Touching either “convert to webp” or “convert from webp” doesn’t take you anywhere. No way to import photos whatsoever, and no instructions. I assume the app is just not being updated and just doesn’t work.

Title says it all: literally every time you click something it serves an ad. It takes multiple clicks to convert a file, so you get to see mulitple ads. Then conversion is slow to boot. Terrible.

It’s supposed to convert .webp files to .gif as  that’s the whole app name yet when you select a .webp file it gives a “file not allowed”. That’s the whole point of this app yet it refuses to do it. The dev is a moron

I’ll start off by saying that the UI and navigation is simple and sleek. My issue is that anytime I try to convert *from* WebP *to* anything else, I’m told that WebP is not a supported file type for the source image. I’ve tried a few different sources with no luck. I can convert *to* WebP just fine, though, which is great, except I need this exclusively for converting from WebP. I’ll update my review if I figure it out, or something changes.
