## What is WEBREATH?

WEBREATH is one Minute a day. At 11:11 by your local time you stop, breathe and, within yourself, thank GOD for the Breath.

Breath is the one thing every living person has, whatever their faith, language or country. Nobody earned it. It was given.

HOW IT WORKS
• At 11:11 your phone reminds you. The reminder follows your clock, so the Minute travels with you.
• You open the app and begin the Minute. Two ways: Free, in silence, or Rhythm, with a calm 8-8-8-8 breath.
• The window of Gratitude stays open until 11:40. If you were busy, the Minute still waits for you.

TOGETHER
Time zones follow one another, and the Minute travels around the planet as a wave. While you are silent, thousands are silent with you. Once a week the whole planet stops in the very same second: the shared Earth Minute.

On 11 November at 11:11 we gather for the main Minute of the year.

WHAT IS INSIDE
• Your days in a row and your calendar of Minutes.
• My Garden: a tree that grows from your Minutes and from the people you invited.
• Scriptures: the sacred books of many traditions, opened in your own language.
• A card of your Minute to share with those you love.
• 77 languages.

Nobody is persuaded here. Each person gives thanks in their own words and calls GOD by their own name. The action is one for all.
