I can’t get any answers to anything from anyone. I hate my life.

I have had to open 2 tickets so far and I’m about to do a 3rd. I don’t know why my VPN keeps disconnecting and not reconnecting automatically?! I had to download new app that was supposed to be better but I beg to differ!! I’ve reconnected my VPN over 8x in last 34 hrs. How is that secure?

Just downloaded the app and i cant even sign in. I keep getting a message that says “session has expired due to inactivity”. I paid for this service and i can’t even use it.

This VPN drops frequently. The automatic reconnect tab is active, but I continuously pick up the phone and notice that it is not active. I’m thinking of switching.
