I haven’t used this app for a very long time.  I tried to get into it today and forgot my password.  There is no way for me to recover my account or reset my password.  This used to be a pretty cool app, what happened?  This app is now just a waste of time. Delete, delete, delete.

I haven’t used this in a long time and don’t remember my user and password. I can’t find a way to recover them. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to sign up for a new account but it won’t allow it. It still wants my forgotten info. This is very frustrating.

Unless I’m missing something, the app does not allow you to adjust the photos by scaling. When I save the photo to my phone, it captures the center of the image only not allowing for adjustment.

I’ve tried Everything!
Emailed WS.  First they told me to update app. Will NOT update
Then to uninstall-install.  Did that and still
No luck in getting pictures to update. Again told me to update and denied ID & PW!!
Again. couldn’t update & too many attempts to change PW!!!
COULD SOMEONE POSSIBLY REMOTE INTO MY COMPUTER & Fix this app for me

Always had a new picture every day and it just stopped working. Shows that there should be a photo but I just get a black screen. Won’t even show the picture. I used to love this app but it’s not working at all.
