The latest order delivery arrived with two of four 12 packs destroyed. My first order was for 5 lbs of mini marshmallows which we go through a lot of and then about a week or so later I decided to order the 8 pound version of the same mini marshmallows, but when they arrived they were clearly the same amount I received in my 5 pound order so I wrote to customer service and was asked to provide photos of what I received and I happily complied and sent the required photos and then a couple of days ago I received another response for photos presented in a different way and by this time I had had it! I mean we're talking about an order worth about $40 and I was at the time compiling a long list of other items I needed to order but after the last response where they were basically implying that I was being dishonest, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. If you are going to haggle with a new customer over 3 pounds of marshmallows then I can only imagine how they would respond to a much larger issue! I think I'm mostly offended by the second response for more photos because we've OBVIOUSLY been using said marshmallows to the point where it was time to place an order order, but Lord have mercy! The. Your out a couple hundred bucks and still get charged $100+ on shipping every time. So far what I’ve experienced is $200+ for shipping after spending $99 a month on the plus subscription that was supposed to get me free or close to free shipping. Then while I pay that ridiculous shipping my items usually arrive damaged or in 2-3 weeks. They also run out of stock often. I’d also like to note that when an item does get ridiculously late or damaged in shipping they don’t just refund it or replace it, it gets returned to sender and you have to fight for that replacement. Overall this app has a lot of flaws. But my biggest complaint is that plus members should not be spending $99 a month and then $230+ on shipping. Packages won’t come in for upwards of 2 weeks sometimes. Then when your order page keeps not updating it just pops up with a oven on fire animation and tells you there’s a problem. Then you can’t track your already very late orders. ### 1/5 — Scam Company *2024-06-24* Please stay away they will misguide you send mismatching items and when you return the items in brand new condition even after 30 days they won't refund money and say "I am sorry for any delays, as we are working hard in a season of higher volume than usual." Even after 30 days they will say this but at the same time they will be playing games and upload it everyday. It's complete cheat don't make any big purchases with them. I also saw now in restaurant groups that they send damaged refrigerator, freezers etc. Buy elsewhere. If you receive a damaged item and return it you are not going to get your money back. Please do not buy from them. ### 1/5 — Don’t download the app!!! They the the worst customer service team ever *2024-06-05, version 1.2.6* I placed an order on 1/29/24, the refunded my order without my personal will. And they charged me a restocking fee!!! Moreover, I haven’t got any money back. They did refund partial payment but they called back on their end. And every time I talked to them, they just kept asking me to wait.
