They claim that all of their glitches and locking you out of your account is because of their fraud help/protection when it clearly isn’t. There is no reasonable reason to lock someone out of their access to their accounts or mobile app once a month, claim it’s for password change and protections, and then not allow any of the password change or protections to occurr and give messages to call a 1800 number that leads to no one because it’s closed. Don’t close access and leave no CAPACITY to have your customer who’s money you hold no recourse. This bank is foreign, anyone you speak to is in another country even when they do answer the phone. I can log in, but when I tap Transfers the app repeatedly crashes. Because of this, I cannot reliably transfer money out of my account or transfer money into my account. I often have to reopen the app many times. Occasionally it works once, but most attempts fail. This happened on my old iPhone and it still happens on my new iPhone, so it does not appear to be device specific. I say this politely, but seriously. If customers cannot move their money, what exactly is the app for. Other banks fix critical issues quickly. Please do the same.
