The design looks like it was made for a below 13 year old kid. They should have just left the old one alone. It worked just fine. Font is too large. Very disappointed. The little wheel just spins and spins and goes no where so I have been unable to log into my account. Apparently the new and improved app is just lousy and non-functioning. I feel that that the old version gave you more info and it was easier to get to that info. Once I reload it it works for about a month and then starts working again. I asked the bank they had no clue so I cannot review this well. ### 1/5 — This app loads when it feels like it… *2022-06-22, version 8.0.7* Unfortunately, it usually does not work right when I need to RDC a check. I have never had this problem with other bank’s apps. ### 1/5 — Bad request *2020-05-01, version 8.0.7* Every time I try to login to my mobile app on my fone i get bad request. I have tried changing my password numerous times but still get bad request. It is rather frustrating that I see complaints about this being an issue over a year ago and the problem persists. You select it put in your user name/password and it give you a message “bad request” When you log in manually and then leave you cannot get back in. It tells you the system timed out. Thank you for the feedback. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t Even start *2019-11-18, version 8.0.7* Every once in awhile I am able to log into my account using this app for iPad, but 99% of the time, I just get the blue “welcome” window - no user-name or password fields to fill in. I have to use my iPhone if I want to access my account. And btw in neither app can you see front/back of cancelled checks - that’s way beyond this app’s capabilities. ### 1/5 — It WAS improved *2019-05-07, version 8.0.4* The app suddenly stopped allowing me to cash checks. It absolutely will not recognize the front side of a check, no matter what I do. It does this on my iPad and it does this on my iPhone, so I know the problem isn’t with my devices. I went through safari to the bank site and was able to print.
