Now stop asking me to rate. ### 4/5 — Happy but not satisfied *2023-01-16, version 2022.9.1.11* App is pretty easy to use but I really dislike how I can’t lock my card and unlock it as needed. I was watching real time on the app as someone was making fraudulent charges and could not lock my card I just had to dispute the charges the next day. Before it would allow me to access passwords I have for 2 different accounts. It would show the suggested password for the account above the keyboard. Now it just has “passwords” above the keyboard and I must search for the account name. I changed it to a three from one because of the people that work at the branch I go to. These people work very hard and they are the most personable people ever. First, you cannot lock your card online anywhere. That’s ridiculous, I had fraudulent activity over the Labor Day weekend, and I had to wait until Tuesday to dispute the charge. Than there is the 2 day early direct deposit. 99 percent of the Banks and CU’s have that feature, Webster First does not. The icing on the cake was when I wanted to make a transfer to another Bank. They actually charge fees, who does that?? And to think I closed my Capital One account to make Webster First my primary CU. Now I am sorry, and cannot wait to jump ship. ### 2/5 — Need to fix check deposit *2012-10-06, version 3.0.0* Great app until you try to use the check deposit feature. You tell it what account, the amount, take picture and after the picture it drops the account and amount. It just doesn't work. I hadn't thought about refinancing my vehicle and taking out a loan at a sum which included the equity.
