My main irritation of this app is that it’s slow to start up (takes about 15-30 seconds for the app to finally fully load and show my transactions. That’s far too long of a loading time. My Santander app for my other bank account only takes 2-3 seconds max. And the app has been down a few times which is very annoying. It was down for the whole weekend a few weeks ago and now just today it’s “down for regular maintenance”. Very annoying. How about doing the maintenance overnight? My Santander app has NEVER been down and I’ve had them for over 10 years. ### 3/5 — Ok, when it works *2020-04-15, version 8.0.0* Features are much better than previous options. As other reviews have stated, it’s impossible to tell what your actual balance is. Exceedingly frustrating. Also, the application and/or website is down fairly frequently. I have other bank accounts who’s application features are far more robust and stable. ### 5/5 — Access *2020-02-09, version 8.0.0* Sometimes the app doesn’t always work, but I do enjoy having the app on my phone for quick access. ### 5/5 — SmartPay/ApplePay *2019-09-30, version 8.0.0* I was hoping the new update would have the option for smart pay. I can’t use apps like digit with Webster 5 since it’s not updated. I love the bank but not the technology. It’s 2019 **Developer response:** Great news! The option to log into your account with Touch/Face ID is unavailable. It’s a bit frustrating to have to put in the credentials every single time. The Bank has been around for a while please fix this!! ### 1/5 — Terrible bank *2021-04-24, version 8.0.1* Terrible app. I have 5 banks and this is by far the worst. And what the heck is the difference between current and available? And why is my bill pay not in alphabetical order? When it’s there the app works fine - in fact it is far more user friendly than the crappy desk top version. Sometimes I might wait for a minute then the icon might appear. Should I attempt to sign on manually with my desktop Username and password it simply says it’s invalid.
