Please fix. ### 1/5 — The driver’s Etiquette *2024-10-16* Webtaxi is a great business but the old drivers are rude and grumpy, never respond when I greet them, it’s just odd… ### 1/5 — App Crashes *2024-02-25* This app is unusable. It crashes all the time when ordering service and needs to be reviewed by coders. It’s absolutely terrible. Feels like it was made 10 years ago and never looked at again. Makes me question the company as a whole. Unfortunately its the only service in town. When it works, it works quite well, but it’s very unreliable – even when it’s functioning, there are a lot of glitches, and at times, when you need to rely on it, it just doesn’t open, or process your request. And quite basic features – for example, resetting your password – just don’t work. ### 1/5 — Basic functions of a taxi app barely function *2023-03-18* What can I say, absolutely horrible experience. I tried to call a car for almost 30 min, got assigned a car, could not tell if the car was moving or not or where the driver was, but app keeps telling me driving is coming in 2 min. Unable to contact driver. Then I receive a link over SMS to track the driver, cannot track him as I don’t see the car on the app!! I call support, I receive a response and was told to wait, then the call gets disconnected. I call support again, get assigned a new car, I watch the car drive past me- but I am unable to contact my driver! ### 1/5 — New app is awful *2023-03-15* Terrible new app. Payments don’t work, whole workflow takes much longer than the old one. No longer an active user or the service due to this terrible app ### 1/5 — Driver never showed up *2023-02-24* I waited 30 min for the driver to show up and never came. I had to take the train because I was in a hurry. I additionally booked 30 minutes in advance. ### 1/5 — Still too many bugs !!! *2020-08-02, version 4.6.2* For example: Problem when booking return trip from Findel Aiport. The App asks for a Flight Nr retreives the correct flight details etc. then you select confirm and it then promptly forgets it and ask for flight number again!!!
