## What is Webukit?

Webukit is the all-in-one manager for your salon, barbershop or studio. It's the back office for the bookings and orders your customers make on your own Webukit website — see everything, manage everything, from your phone.

Your customers book appointments, buy products and join memberships on your website. Webukit is where you and your team run it all: confirm and reschedule bookings, look after your clients, keep your shop and stock in order, and track your members — wherever you are.

A FAST, NATIVE DAY CALENDAR
• Your whole team side by side on one timeline
• Take, move and block appointments in seconds
• Each day's appointments, expected revenue and team at a glance

CLIENTS YOU'LL REMEMBER
• Every client's profile, contact details and notes
• Full visit history and lifetime spend
• Find anyone in a tap

YOUR SHOP, ORGANISED
• Manage the products your website sells
• Log sales and keep stock accurate
• Low-stock alerts so you never run out

MEMBERSHIPS & RECURRING REVENUE
• See your plans and everyone subscribed
• Track active members, monthly income and wallet credit

STAY IN THE LOOP
• Get a notification the moment a new booking comes in — even in the background

Webukit is a tool for business owners and their staff. Your account is set up when your Webukit website goes live. Payments for bookings and products are handled on your website through your business's own payment provider — Webukit helps you manage them, and nothing is sold inside the app itself.

NEW ORDER ALERTS
• When a customer orders delivery or collection from your website, Webukit alerts you as soon as it's paid — "New delivery order" or "New collection order", with their name, the total and when they want it.
• The app icon, More and Orders show how many new orders are waiting to be accepted.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO FULFIL IT
• New orders sit at the top, with orders in progress just below. Each one shows Delivery or Collection, its reference, the time it's wanted, the total, and whether it's paid by card or to pay on delivery.
• Open an order to call or email the customer in one tap, see the delivery address and the customer's instructions, and open it in Maps.
• Every dish with its menu number, the customer's choices and notes, plus subtotal, delivery fee and total.

ONE-TAP ORDER PROGRESS
• Accept & start, then Out for delivery or Ready for collection, then Delivered or Collected. Each step is logged on the order, and you can cancel an order if you need to.
• Pull down to refresh — the list also updates by itself when a new order comes in.

Thanks for using Webukit!

### 1.11 — 2026-08-30

Properties — let a place by the night, straight from the app. Take a deposit, collect the balance, refund a stay and hold a damage deposit without leaving the booking.

The app now opens in light mode, and Settings has an Appearance control if you prefer dark or want to follow the system.

Each business now shows its own logo in the switcher, so you can tell them apart at a glance.

The Stripe payment link sits on the booking form, so you can send a customer a deposit link while you are still taking the booking.
