They have Mentioned that it’s in 2 language in English and Japanese but it’s only in japanese .. don’t recommend to whom who don’t know japanese language..!

I still don’t really understand—it only has Japanese? Also, I don’t think many Japanese people were using it either.Also the default setting of the account type is always “一般“ need to be careful on every trade 🤯🤯🤯.Who ever working on the Japanese version UI is pure idiots

The Japanese desktop application feels like it was made 10 years ago. 😅 fkn No wonder it has such a limited number of downloads. 😂

iPad用のUIに戻してほしいです。
使い続けるの難しいかも…結構深刻です。

Absolutely disgusting practice by Japanese Webull staff, that’s on par with Showa era mentality. Desktop app had an option to change to English - you NUKED it. Worldwide app is in English, yet you’re too ignorant and arrogant to keep it in the local app. It’s quite the low IQ uyoku approach, to trade American stocks on an app made in US, but only in Japanese. Also NO TRAILING STOP LOSS

Once downloaded and went to settings to change it, only Japanese was available.

2週間くらい前からipadで正常に動作しなくなった。iPhoneでは問題なく動きます。

まずUIはモダンです。割と気持ちのいい操作感です。
ただ、株を売った後の買い付け余力の反映はすぐされるのに対し、実際は受け渡し期間があります。そのため余力はあるのに売買しようとすると「余力がありません」と言われて買えない場合があります。これは多分money bullを解約したときも同じです。この辺がとてもわかりづらく、今手元に実際のところいくらあるのかが常に不透明なためすごくやり難いです。そこだけ改善してくれたら使えるアプリだと思います。
また、マイナーですが信用取引をしたい場合、デフォルトが現物なので毎回切り替える必要があり、超短期売買はやりにくいです。間違えて現物で買ってしまうと、最大丸一日売ることができず、超短期売買のつもりが売り抜けれなくて損失が膨らんだことがありました。ここも使いやすくして欲しいです。

ETFの配当回数が即座に見つからず、別のサイトで都度調べて買い注文を入れています。
出来たら銘柄名の横に並んでいる情報の中に四季報などの情報が見れたら助かります

ipadの専用UIが使いやすくて気に入ってたのですが、廃止されたのかスマホ版と統一されてしまいました。
もっぱらiPadでチャートを確認していたので、復活させて欲しいです。

In japan there are many foreigners also live in Japan and if I try this app, I can’t change the language in Japanese language. I can’t trade fluently.

I live in Japan and started Webull but the app doesn’t have an English option. Crazy but typical that Japan is so behind when it comes to languages. It’s frikkin 2024. There are foreigners living in Japan, please think of us too.
