I have updated the app and changed my internet. It’s not a problem on my end. I can’t do anything on the app right now **Developer response:** On October 20th, we experienced service disruptions due to a widespread and prolonged outage with one of our third-party providers, Amazon Web Services (AWS). All systems have since been fully restored and are currently operating normally. Unable to see night market quotes. ### 2/5 — Phone calls *2025-04-11, version 10.6.8* Day after getting account set up I started getting pestered by companies wanting me to join there investing community not what I wanted thanks ### 3/5 — A little outdated *2025-03-04* Other platforms and the US version of Webull provide additional features like P&L tracking, it also does not allow data exports, making it difficult to monitor your progress. The desktop version is brilliant. The iOS version isn’t awful, but I’ve used better on mobile. The iPadOS version is the same app as iOS! But with T212 being free there is no reason for me to pay a subscription. **Developer response:** Thanks for your interest in Webull. Just to clarify, there is no £5 monthly subscription required to open a Stocks & Shares ISA. To open an ISA, you'll need an active Meridian subscription, which is currently available for £0.01 per month. Once your Meridian subscription is active, you can apply for a Stocks & Shares ISA directly in the app by navigating to Settings > Manage Brokerage Account > Stocks & Shares ISA. If you need any assistance, please reach out to us through our in-app Customer Service or at clientservices@webull-uk.com. ### 1/5 — Just awful *2026-01-21* Genuinely I don’t think they could have a more confusing, convoluted, and simply awful UI and UX. They are of course not trying to compete with trading212 in some ways. But overall the whole app is just a shambles of confusing ugly fluff. Just a JOKE!! ### 1/5 — iPad version is a step backwards *2024-09-04* The iPad version used to fill the screen. Since the last update the iPad version is a dumbed down phone version that no longer fills the whole screen. But a shame it leads you on to think you can trade options. I deposited and wasn’t able to trade the option. If they can get this sorted very easy to manage and a clean interface. Easy connection to bank to deposit. Was registered and deposited in 10 mins.
