I only found one user who activated after dialling digits in the last few days. I analysed the calls and found that the dialled number was never engaged, but connected immediately, which is not the 'busy' case for which this app was built. I could not find any after-dial digits in your calls on our platform. I also successfully tested the feature with my own calls and added more logging to obtain more information for future attempts. Please email me at support@phone-assist.com with any further information that might help me to resolve these issues.

Herzlichen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Ich freue mich immer sehr, wenn zufriedene Nutzer auch eine Bewertung schreiben und nicht nur die, die ein Problem hatten. Ich schaue mir jede Bewertung, jede Mail und sonstige Reaktion persönlich an, um herauszufinden, was gut funktioniert, wo es Verbesserungen braucht und was ich noch besser erkläre muss. Also immer sehr gerne an meine Support Mailadresse support@phone-assist.com schreiben, damit wir die App gemeinsam immer besser machen können. Und insbesondere wenn ein Fehler auftaucht, unbedingt melden, damit ich das schnellstmöglich beheben kann. Vielen Dank.

I'm sorry to hear that the app didn't work for you. As other users have reported, the app usually works in Canada. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a support email from you to determine what the issue was in this specific case. Could you please contact us at support@phone-assist.com so I can resolve the issue?

Ich bedaure sehr, dass die App so enttäuschend für Sie war. Da wir die Verbindung von unserer Plattform aus über das öffentliche Telefonnetz aufbauen, um ihr gewünschtes Ziel und Sie als User zu verbinden, entstehen uns ab Start der Verbindung Telefonkosten. Diese berechnen wir wie in der App Beschreibung angegeben. Daher ist die App nicht für Warteschleifen geeignet sondern nur für dauerbesetzte Anrufziele, wie in der App Beschreibung ausdrücklich aufgeführt. Sie können direkt über Apple gerne ein "Refund" beantragen, um ihr Geld zurückzubekommen, da sie nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht.
