## What is weCall4you (phone auto redial)?

When your desired call destination is busy, we will redial the desired phone number until we reach someone (no answering machine detection!). Then we will connect you to the person you want to talk to. So you can finally reach the hotline or doctor's surgery or other telephone numbers without having to dial your fingers to the bone.

This all happens fully automatically in the background from our platform, even if the app on your phone is not actively running in the foreground after starting the call attempts. Once we have reached your phone destination, we will call you and connect you to the desired call destination.

MINIMAL TEST VOLUME for testing included. Additional call attempts and call minutes can be purchased individually via in-app purchase.

LIMITATIONS:
- only national calls
- following countries are supported without cost-intensive special numbers: USA, Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain, Spain, Mexico, India, South Africa
- For Indian app users, a German phone number is used as the sender number, as Indian regulations do not allow Indian senders for our redial service.
- this app does not help with telephone queues (where you have to listen to music forever)
- this app will not redial when after connecting to answering machines. It is only used to get through to numbers that are permanently busy.

For new users the app contains a minimal volume just for testing. Additional call attempts and call minutes can be purchased individually via in-app purchase.

Note: For legal reasons, the phone number entered must be verified when registering in the app. This is done with an automated call in which a displayed six-digit code must be entered.


Costs Note:
As we incur telecommunication costs for the duration of the calls, we have to limit the call minutes as indicated by credit or offer additional credit as in-app purchases. Please note this before purchasing the app.

Funktioniert unglaublich gut, wenn man Fachärzte in kurzen Terminvergabe Telefonsprechstunden erreichen will!

Habe die app bezahlt heruntergeladen und genutzt. Bin dann nach 6 Versuchen durchgekommen, war dann in der Warteschleife. Nach genau 10 Minuten legt die App auf weil ich nicht nochmal extra credits gekauft habe

Da wir die Verbindung von unserer Plattform aus über das öffentliche Telefonnetz aufbauen, um ihr gewünschtes Ziel und Sie als User zu verbinden, entstehen uns ab Start der Verbindung Telefonkosten. Diese berechnen wir wie in der App Beschreibung angegeben. Daher ist die App nicht für Warteschleifen geeignet sondern nur für dauerbesetzte Anrufziele, wie in der App Beschreibung ausdrücklich aufgeführt.

Sie können direkt über Apple gerne ein "Refund" beantragen, um ihr Geld zurückzubekommen, da sie nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht.

I needed to get through a very busy reservation line. It takes hours to get through to talk to a person. It still took hours, but it was so nice to be able to multitask. The person on the other end of the line was just told to hold  and a call quickly came through on my end- so the transfer worked well on both ends of the call. Only annoying feature was that it wasn't clear I was going to have to pay for more credits, but definitely worth the low cost to get more time in my day. Definitely recommend if you're trying to get through a super busy number.

Paid for the app but unable to use as country wasn’t allowed. (Singapore)

### 1/5 — Anmelde-Code funktioniert nicht, den man eingeben muss bei Verifizierung (Ausländischer Anruf!)

Habe mehrmals versucht Code einzugeben für Account Verifizierung und funktionierte nicht. Dabei habe ich mehrmals den Anruf einer Ausländischen Nummer angenommen :(

**Developer response:** Ich bedaure außerordentlich, dass die Rufnummernverifizierung bei Ihnen nicht gelungen ist. Normalerweise funktioniert das problemlos.

Zusätzlich habe ich aktuell das Fehlertracking für diesen Schritt erweitert, um besser feststellen zu können, wo es eventuell haken könnte. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist das allerdings nur relativ begrenzt möglich.

Da die Verifizierung nur direkt vom Netzanbieter erfolgen kann, ist dafür leider ein Anruf aus den USA erforderlich, durch den aber keinerlei Kosten für den Nutzer entstehen.

Die App kostet schon 2,99 € und dann gibt es innerhalb der App den Button Guthabe auladen ? Und andere Optionen wie nur benutzen wenn man weiß was man tut -> sehr sonderbar!

**Developer response:** An zukünftige Nutzer: bitte unbedingt vor Kauf die App Beschreibung lesen. Im Kaufpreis ist bereits Guthaben enthalten. Der In App Kauf ist nur bei Mehrbedarf notwendig.

Und der Expertenmodus ist nur ein extra Feature für fortgeschrittene Nutzer, wenn man nach der Anwahl weitere Ziffern nachwählen möchte, um automatisch durch ein Telefon Menü zu navigieren. Das hatte ich auf Wunsch einzelner Nutzer eingebaut, ist aber für normale Nutzung nicht erforderlich und daher standardmäßig deaktiviert, um nichts zu verkomplizieren.

Danke trotzdem, dass trotz der Enttäuschung 3 Sterne vergeben wurden. Ich habe leider einige Nutzer, die die Beschreibung nicht lesen und dann 1 Stern vergeben, weil sie Dinge erwarten, die in der Beschreibung eindeutig ausgeschlossen sind   (z.B. Anrufbeantworter Erkennung).

Leider kann man mit dieser App nur 10 Minuten telefonieren, danach muss man kostenpflichtig wieder Guthaben aufladen.

**Developer response:** Da wir die Anrufe auf einer Plattform außerhalb der App organisieren und damit sogar für Festnetznummern ermöglichen können, entstehen Verbindungskosten, die leider bezahlt werden müssen. Dies wird in der App Beschreibung auch extra beschrieben.
