在新加坡非常实用，可以预订到很多学校食堂的外卖，付款方便，配送费也比较友好。就是有时店铺打烊后想预定第二天的午饭会遇到一些困难，可以进一步改进，总体非常nice～

作为一个经常使用外卖软件的用户，我觉得Cates是一个相当不错的送餐平台。用了将近3个月，总体体验良好。

界面设计简洁直观，下单流程很流畅。送餐时间预估比较准确，基本都能按时送达。餐厅种类丰富，从快餐到精致料理都有，能满足不同场合的需求。客服响应也比较及时，遇到问题都能很快得到解决。

冲着便宜去的，下单四次两次直接丢失，只能退成积分。还有一次更离谱，点了三份12-13点到的外卖全丢了，客服半天不回话，结果过了一个小时说送到了？？？我上课了你说到了？？？垃圾软件垃圾平台别用

The concept is good but the operation and the app UI is quite bad. 

I have ordered maybe 10 times in the last month and it’s been consistently giving issues atleast 50% of the times. The locker system doesn’t seem to work well. The app is poorly designed so it’s not intuitive how to open the hatch. The hatch also is very prone to errors from the delivery agent or if someone else tries to close it you cannot open it anymore. 

The timings are not favorable if your lunch time is between 12-1 as the food can be delivered all the way at 1. 

Most of my colleagues including myself were hoping this would be a great idea as the rates are quite good but we have now switched away as it very consistently has given issues in all the orders.
