## What is WeD?

The WeD-PCR-QRApp was developed to interface with WeD-PCR-QR device to modify its heating profile and and display its fluorescence signal in real time. Here is the User Guide for operating WeD-PCR-QR phone App: 

a.	Launch WeD-PCR-QR phone App on a designated smart phone
b.	Click “Bluetooth” and search for available WeD-PCR-QR devices in range
c.	Connect to the selected WeD-PCR-QR device
d.	The device name and model will appear in-App. It will also populate the thermal profile settings
e.	Set the appropriate reaction profile or modify the thermal profile settings for intended use
f.	Confirm the required consumables are loaded on the selected device and press the heating switch to start the protocol 
g.	Wait for the run to complete
