### 4/5 — Apple can you stop repeated developer emails

*2017-04-03, version 1.9.86*

Apparently the email spam I am getting about my previous review is a new feature added by Apple, the result is that I get repeated requests to update my very old review. There is no way to block this from Apple and it is very annoying. This could easily be abused by a rogue developer, but I am confident in this case it just a glitch in this new Apple feature.

Update, I got yet another email from Apple today, a repeat of the last one, so there is some kind of glitch for sure, most annoying. Not the developer's fault, but it has to stop and I hope that Apple realise this.

Update 2 : I see the reason that I got another Apple email today was that the developer kindly made another comment and that seems to have kicked off another email to let me know. Beginning to understand what is going on.

Apple just need to give a selective or global opt out of developer responses in the email or in the settings in iOS to make this problem vanish. I can't believe that they let this get through their beta testing.

Many thanks for the developer's polite replies to my earlier rants about this APPLE glitch.

### 4/5 — Welcome back Weddar!!!

*2015-06-17, version 1.9.1*

My favorite weather app is back!! I'm so glad I checked out of the blue to see that the app has just been updated after a crazy-long hiatus. So happy to have Weddar back in my life. Just add support for iPhone 6/6+ display size and it's perfect!

### 4/5 — Getting better!

*2013-11-28, version 1.8.5*

I feel rather bad because I gave Weddar a rather negative review last time, and one that was rather unfounded.

Well, it's getting better now! Privacy has been fixed and minor but helpful improvements have made it a better app.

There are still not very many people using Weddar - maybe better advertising is needed?

One thing I would recommend for Weddar was to expand on the points system. Maybe make it into a bit of a game, to keep users coming back?

Well done, please keep working on this.

### 4/5 — Prochaine MAJ

*2013-08-04*

Mettre la possibilité de la température pression sinon bien :-)

### 3/5 — You now have some privacy

*2013-07-23*

You can log in with email rather than Facebook or Twitter. You can also enable anonymous reporting.

But connectivity has problems. Always has problems "connecting to the interwebz". Maybe they'd have more success if they tried to connect to the Internet. Some of the jokes are funny, until the app stops working right.

Also, the reporting system could be improved. I think the levels for wind, rain, etc. are effective. But the differences between "ok", "good" and "great" are too subjective and could mean anything. My "ok" could be the same as someone else's "hell", so even if I look at the reports around my destination, they are actually not helpful at all because I have no idea how I should interpret the feelings of strangers. Basically, the system itself renders the app useless.

### 3/5 — Bonne idée solitaire

*2012-11-01*

Dommage ...

### 3/5 — 2012 April Update Crashes

*2012-04-20, version 1.7.2*

I am using this last six months with no issue. But since I update it this April it starts but crashes before the login screen.

### 4/5 — Check it out ...

*2012-04-11, version 1.7.2*

I would give this 5 stars if more people would use this...would be more fun! If your a weather freak like me, it's fun to update your weather in your town and see what it's like everywhere else...we just need more people using it 😊

### 4/5 — Read this review

*2011-10-11, version 1.5*

Good app, just needs a larger user base. If you're thinking about getting this don't let the other reviews drive you away, they're outdated, about previous versions

### 4/5 — Just needs more people

*2011-08-16, version 1.1*

Really great idea that I recommend to all people using iPhones. But they never seem to stick with it. It'd be nice to have a reminder that could be set up within the app. Or a location aware alert once iOS 5 comes out (if that's possible).

### 3/5 — Nice concept

*2011-07-16, version 1.1*

As a weather junkie I love the concept of this app. Unfortunately, I don't use FB or Twitter. Also, an iPad app would better for me. Hopefully, the creators are working on these things and we'll see some upgrades soon.

### 4/5 — Great and fun!

*2011-07-05, version 1.1*

This app is rather fun! I hope a messenger interface can be added in the next update!!? Would be good to talk to local reporters in your area!

(to the guy who gave it 1 star because it posted to ur Facebook wall, go to the options and turn it off!!!! DER 

Good app!

### 4/5 — Loving it.

*2011-06-30, version 1.1*

I use it everyday. I like the idea to share how you feel about the weather and share with the Facebook and Twitter friends.

Hey I can see that Weddar really works hard. They accomplished to fix sicial network sharing. They add privacy to anonymous which can be found in the setting.

If you follow Weddar on Twitter and their blog, you will see how hard they work to make it work for everyone. They will push to 1.2 soon to allow you to sign up using ur email address, for those who doesn't have Facebook or Twitter account. Bear with them. They are doing the best they can. :-)

### 1/5 — Really? Twitter & FB?

*2011-06-28, version 1.1*

Only way to use is twitter and Facebook ? Wow 1 star.

### 1/5 — No regular login

*2011-06-28, version 1.1*

Maybe good app but I don't use Facebook or Twitter required to login because those web toys are not for me (I'm not american, I have a brain, I can think).

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — :(

*2012-11-04, version 1.8.1*

No one in my town uses this...

### 1/5 — À fuir

*2012-06-24*

Rien d'intéressant. Personne ne participe en france. Même sur paris : une personne

### 1/5 — Cannot register. Fix the login issue please.

*2012-04-09, version 1.7.1*

I cannot create an account or log in with facebook.

### 1/5 — Stupid, horrible, bad name

*2011-12-24, version 1.6*

It doesn't work! And it's not well run! I like weathermob better! You get to say how you feel about the weather, not how the weather feels physically! Hate it. Do not. I repeat, do not get this app!!!

### 1/5 — Doesn't work...

*2011-12-06, version 1.6*

I'm in Texas but the program keeps telling me I'm in Spain. Goofy.

### 1/5 — Freezes up on fb login 😒

*2011-11-17, version 1.6*

After uninstalling and reinstalling app, it continually freezes up every time I try to connect to my fb acct. Looks like a cool app, would love to share the 'weddar' with my fb friends...please fix

### 1/5 — HORRIBLE

*2011-07-26, version 1.1*

Like the idea but it needs an email login:(

### 1/5 — Yes

*2011-07-19, version 1.1*

They are make a update to use email so people like me can play

### 1/5 — Useless

*2011-06-29, version 1.1*

This app is not usable without giving them access to your Facebook or Twitter account. No thanks.

### 1/5 — Seemed promising...

*2011-06-28, version 1.1*

But I can't use it because it only lets Facebook or Twitter users use the app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Useful, and fun

*2017-02-27, version 1.9.84*

Been using Weddar since launch and always enjoyed the fun element of plotting the weather where I am. However, beyond that it's also a useful way of finding out what the weather is like elsewhere by requesting a report.

Have even met other Weddar users because we happen to be so close.

What I like is you get a ’feel’ of what it's like rather than the cold forecasts offered by the usual apps.

It's updated often, and even if you don't bother with the points system, it's still a great little app that deserves a wide audience.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2013-03-19, version 1.8.2*

I use this app very often. It's simple and surprisingly fun to use. I only wish more people used it!

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2011-05-03, version 1.0*

Love it. Works a treat. Such a simple idea. Get a real idea of what the weather is doing. I was going out for the day, put in a request and a few minutes later had a real idea of the weather exactly where I was off too. Superb.

### 5/5 — Bien

*2011-05-02*

Une appli qui merite d'être connue
