I love that texting with clients is made easy and scheduling appointments is streamlined. 

My only critique is that I wish phone calls came through the app to answer. I am only getting voicemails and it’s hard to have a team of workers track missed calls when their phone doesn’t ring. 

Making phone calls is easy and they are recorded! This is an amazing feature to be able to go back and listen to client phone calls.
