The issue has resolved and I amend my former review. WedBox is decent and has an easy set up to allow guests to upload treasured memories from your wedding. However, it is pricey to download videos and photos and I take one star off due to the original lack of response to my email to support and another because the app appears to occasionally glitch and show nothing on the event page. But overall, I recommend the app

Nur Stress mit dieser App. Freund hat für premium bezahlt, um uns das für die Hochzeit zur Verfügung zu stellen. Aber ständig kamen neue Probleme auf: Datum des Events nicht änderbar, Admin-Rechte ändern sich und zum Schluss konnte niemand die Fotos mehr sehen, die man hochgeladen hat. Absolutes Chaos, haben das Experiment abgebrochen. Ist uns einfach zu unzuverlässig für so ein wichtiges Event. Zwei Sterne gebe ich deshalb, weil die App bei einer älteren Hochzeit noch ihren Dienst verrichtet hat. Die Entwickler sollten die Bugs schnellstens in den Griff bekommen. Bis dahin kann ich leider nur abraten, sich auf diese App zu verlassen.

Impossible pour les invités de télécharger les photos car l’application se ferme dès qu’on veut aller dans les paramètres pour rentrer une adresse mail !

Wir haben das Premium Gold Paket für unsere Hochzeit gebucht gehabt (49,99€). 
Lt. Vertrag soll es möglich sein alle Bilder auf einmal herunterzuladen - hierzu soll man einen Link zugeschickt bekommen.
Leider erscheint nur die Nachricht, dass es „aktuell“ zu einer etwas verzögerten Zustellung des Download-Links kommen kann. 
Haha! Niemals kam er an (mehrmals probiert, Spam gechecked) - Kundenservice kontaktiert (mehrmals) & niemals eine Antwort bekommen.
Also Finger weg!! Große Enttäuschung!!

So for $49ish dollars we got the unlimited download package for our wedding and we were excited for our guests to upload their pictures and videos. Both my wife and I have iPhones and were able to sign into the app and upload pictures just fine. However, both my parents and several groomsman use android phones, which I assumed was good to go since the app is advertised as having both platform’s apps. However, unless there is something extremely unintuitive that I’m not understanding, there is no android app. The advertised link just leads to an error page for android users and the app isn’t searchable on the play store. We had to add update labels to our cards for android users to go to the clunky web page and enter the event code to get into the album. Even then, the webpage sometimes straight up wouldn’t work for web users to upload pictures. The in-app video player on iPhone is spotty at best and there are no video preview thumbnails so finding the video in the app you’re looking for is a guessing game, that is if the videos actually load. The app works at a basic level to share pictures and videos and it does let you download them at good quality, but I have yet to understand anything we got with the app that we couldn’t have achieved with a FREE shared iPhone photos album given there is no android app. I was very disappointed and can not recommend.

Nous avons découvert très déçu qu'en vérité l'application ne fonctionne pas sur Androïd, 50€ pour que la moitié de notre mariage ne puisse pas l'utiliser, le SAV contacter, toujours pas de réponse après 4 jours...
L'ajout de photo se fait avec un maximum de 35 photos à la fois.. et pour télécharger c'est une part une ou tout en une fois, pas possible de faire une sélection. Vraiment ne choisissez pas cette application pour votre mariage au risque d'être déçu

Wir haben die App an unserer Hochzeit im Juni 2024 genutzt. Alles in allem war die Installation und das Zugreifen auf die Fotos reibungslos. Allerdings können wir den Fotolink nicht herunterladen beziehungsweise wir bekommen keine E-Mail mit der Sieb Datei, um die Fotos herunterzuladen. Ich habe mich nun mehrfach an den Support gewendet, leider bekomme ich keine Rückmeldung. Das ist wirklich sehr schade, da ich die Fotos einfach gerne mal auf meiner eigenen Festplatte zwischen speichern würde.

De app werkt heel leuk. Maar van het moment dat je betaald voor het downloaden van je foto’s lijkt het alsof alles oké is maar je ontvangt gewoonweg nooit een mail met de gezipte bestanden. 
Geld kwijt en je kan nergens terecht ermee.

The app itself is pretty decent and did what we needed it to do BUT their customer service is shocking!! Have tried numerous times to get in touch via their app chat and via email as the download link doesn't work but I have had zero response which in this day and age just isn't good enough. Would not recommend for this reason alone as I'm sure I'm not the only person who has expercienced this.

So dissapointed - it was such a good idea for everyone to upload everything on our big day and we paid for an upgrade to make sure we can download all of photos/videos but no luck since day 1 (any time I click to zip and download nothing happens). Contacted support three times and not a single response. I would appreciate if you could at least refund the paid fee if you can’t even respond or try to solve an issue.

1. Several guests couldn’t get the links to work and I wasn’t going to stop my wedding to do tech support.

2. Then I couldn’t get my pictures afterward! When I contacted support, they suggested I try using an Apple device. But I couldn’t use the account I already paid for! So…

3. To get my pictures I had to buy their service, again. Paying twice for the same service. 

4. I asked for a refund of the second purchase and they refused, asking me instead to wait for an Android update. 

Avoid these guys!!!

So ist die App ganz cool gemacht und eine schöne Geschichte für die eigene Hochzeit. Das laden der Bilder dauert nur immer etwas…
Ich habe aber die Variante bezahlt, mit der man auch die Bilder Downloaden können sollte. Leider funktioniert es einfach nicht und seit Monaten bekomme ich keine Antwort vom Support.

Llevaba preparando mi boda meses con esta aplicación, decidí pagarla para hacer una prueba de descarga de fotos (y gracias a dios lo hice), llevo 5 días pendiente de que me llegue el link de descarga de algunas fotos que puse para descargar y no llegan.

Pedí ayuda al servicio técnico, llevo 3 dias esperando a que me contesten y nadie me contesta.

He solicitado el reembolso del pago de la app, menos mal que no esperé al ultimo dia.

We purchased the single download package so we can download our wedding photos and videos and we have been continuously unable to download our photos. Once we click on the link to receive the zipped download folder via email (this is the only way you can do it) we never receive the email. We now fear we will not be able to download our photos and videos which will be devastating. I have emailed their support contact for help and their response was ‘won’t do’. This is absolutely unacceptable. Toying with someone’s Wedding is the lowest of the low.

I purchased this app for my wedding. I spent many hours playing around with it and making sure it was perfect for our big day. The guests all uploaded their photos and the following day I went to look at all the memories we created but no photos appeared. I emailed the company and they tried to resolve the issues  as best they could but they never found the photos. We emailed back and forth for months with no resolution. I asked for a refund based off the circumstances but they wouldn’t accommodate that. I would not use this app ever again.

Wir haben die App schon vor Wochen im Premium Model gekauft. Schon vor drei Wochen gab es Probleme und der Support kann diese leider nicht lösen! Die Hochzeit ist morgen, die Qr-Codes sind in 130 Gastgeschenken und die App funktioniert nicht, der Code läd nicht und wir sind einfach nur enttäuscht von dieser App! 
Wir wollen auf jeden Fall unser Geld zurück!
Kann nur davon abraten diese App zu benutzen!

In first instance the app looks great in the app store, untill you download it! Constant crashed of the app.  On the computer the pictures don’t load… Very sad that we wont get all our guests pictures. And wasted money.

But, nobody could upload any photos. After selecting them they just don’t get uploaded.

I could not get the app to work after paying £40 for top access. I reached out via app as advertised and 2 months later have heard nothing and am awaiting a response and refund. Perhaps this will catch someone’s attention and process my issue?

Die App ist überhaupt nicht zuverlässig. Über die Hälfte aller Gäste hatten Probleme Fotos hoch zu laden. Die App hat die Fotos der Gäste nicht hochgeladen. Auch nach mehreren Versuchen nicht. Bei denen es funktionierte, hat die App die Fotos 3 mal hoch geladen. Kategorien wie „Gäste“ oder „Fotograf“ sind unbrauchbar, da alle Bilder bei „Alle“ hoch geladen werden, wenn dies mal funktionieren sollte. Bilder werden zudem in einer schlechten Qualität hoch geladen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man auch noch Geld dafür zahlt!

Ça commence bien, ça charge bien. Et puis, j’ai pris le pack le plus cher, je pense que tout va rouler.
En fait mes amis ne peuvent rien mettre sur l’appli car elle bug et s’arrête en permanence.
Et impossible de récupérer le lien pour tout charger.
En bref, pas la peine d’investir...
