Nous avions acheté le package platinums et au bout d’un an il faut payer tous les 6 mois pour étendre son compte. Nous avons supprimé notre compte et envoyé un lien Google drive plutôt. Dommage pour tout le temps perdu à créer les albums et mettre les photos.

I just purchased this app and unfortunately it keeps freezing up I have the 6 month membership. Hopefully works ok on my wedding day.

I got this app because they made it look like it was free but after only having 22 photos uploaded, they asked me to upgrade my membership and I could no longer view the pictures. I tried to download them, but that also did not work. Waste of time. I wish I got a different app for my wedding because now I may never get my pictures.

Many problems with creating albums, organising photos… very difficult to get through to request help. Tried multiple ways via email, instagram… is there just one person available only? Paid for a service which doesn’t delivery to package it describes…

L’appli est pleine de bugs : gestion de vidéos pas satisfaisante (elles s’arrêtent, disparaissent, font crasher l’appli…) ; features qui ne fonctionnent pas (ex: transférer des photos d’un album à l’autre). 

Trop tard pour nous, qui avons déjà payé et envoyé aux invités, mais pas trop tard pour vous : choisissez un autre site / une autre appli pour partager les photos avec vos invités.

The app doesn’t work. Guests can’t upload photos. I emailed customer service multiple times. They stopped replying. Emailed a third time and they said my “service ticket got lost”. They saw that the app didn’t work for me but that only Apple can refund and I have to go through them. Apple declined the refund. I have contacted them for a fourth time letting them know the product does not work and I need a refund.

This App does what it says on the tin, there are software bugs here and there , but they don’t stop you doing what you want to do. Be careful in selecting the package that you actually want, which really boils down how long do you want the photos available for and do you want videos uploaded/shared or not ? Support unfortunately just isn’t there if you happen to opt for the wrong option and want to change, you’ll get a ticket, you can even phone them and speak to them, but I gave up trying to get a response, shame!!
