I have stopped working with them, it’s been 2-3 years now. They used to send fake leads, and even when you get a lead the same lead goes to many makeup artists whereas before buying the pack this fake company make false promises like one lead goes to 2 makeup artists only and you will get promotion on instagram and facebook. However, even after buying their premium pack, this fraud company said you’re not eligible for promotion, we didn’t promise anything to you. Now, with just 5-6 days remaining in the last month, I’ve only received 13 leads – all of which were fake. None of the leads responded to calls or messages. A few asked for quotations but never replied afterward. It’s clear they were not genuine leads. The so-called dedicated support is completely useless. I tried calling multiple times after purchasing the plan – no one ever picks up. The manager also stopped responding after the payment was made. Occasionally, if they do respond, it's just with vague excuses like "I’ll get back to you" or "Main karta hoon," and then nothing happens. This entire experience has been a complete waste of money. Their service is misleading, and I feel scammed. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a huge mistake. Out of the 40 leads they sent me, nearly all were fake or completely unqualified. These weren't serious inquiries for actual bookings but just basic, equity-based leads that lead nowhere. To make matters worse, after I made my payment, their communication went completely silent. They have been unresponsive and have failed to deliver any of the value they promised. I also took the time to check their Google reviews, and something seems off—there are no legitimate location-based reviews, which raises even more red flags about their authenticity. I strongly urge other wedding photographers, makeup artists, decorators, and other wedding vendors to steer clear of this company. They are not trustworthy, and the service they provide is nothing short of misleading. I’m currently exploring legal action and hope this review will help others avoid wasting their time and money. After doing payment those people was wont available also those numbers are not working. If you try contacting them no one can respond. I have all the proofs - n no. of msgs i have sent them and raised my query but they did the same. They say they will provide you with account manager n these managers get change every 15 days that u can’t even get any help from them too. Fake clientele don’t even trust them & invest here. They don’t even pick your calls and provide proper assistance. I took this package in March month and they gave me the package. The sixth month they said that you have received 60 leads and 4 leads are also fake. Not even one has been confirmed. We are sending you the screenshot. This company is complete rubbish. Do not invest your money in it. ### 1/5 — A Nightmare Experience with Wedding Bazaar App - Utter Disappointment! *2024-05-08* My experience with the Wedding Bazaar App was not just disappointing; it was a colossal waste of time, energy, and money. This app promised to be a one-stop solution for wedding planning, but it turned out to be nothing more than a glossy facade with absolutely no substance. Firstly, the lead response is virtually non-existent. I was under the impression that after purchasing their premium plans, However, that was a pipe dream. I waited for days, then weeks, and the silence was deafening. The performance of the app itself is laughably poor. Now, let's talk about the financial black hole that is their purchasing plans. “I was duped into investing in what I thought would be a valuable resource for my business. Instead, I might as well have thrown my money into a bonfire. “There is no return on investment here”, just regret and the incessant wondering of what could have been if I had just trusted my gut and stayed away. The promise of connecting with third-party vendors was the main draw, but believe me, it's a trust fall with no one to catch you. The so-called "vetted" vendors are more elusive than a mirage in the desert. Even when you do manage to contact one, you quickly realize that they're just as disillusioned with the app as you are. I implore you, do not make the same mistake I did. You are far better off promoting your own business through social media or word of mouth than relying on this digital disaster. I've learned my lesson the hard way.
