Before registering, I clearly shared my past bad experience with the platform. I was personally assured by their manager that this time would be different and was asked to “trust them.” Based on those promises, I went ahead with the premium registration. Unfortunately, the reality has been extremely disappointing. Despite being a premium member: • I have received almost no quality leads • The few leads that come in are for very low budgets (₹10,000 for 3 bridal looks, ₹2,000 for siders), which are far below my listed prices and professional standards • There is no filtering of leads based on budget, even for premium vendors When I repeatedly asked why I’m not receiving relevant or premium leads, the response I got was: “Hum leads generate nahi karte, leads khud aati hain.” This raises a very important question: If leads are not curated or supported in any way, then on what basis is a premium package being sold? As a professional artist investing a significant amount in this platform, I expected value, visibility, and serious inquiries — not random, unrealistic leads. Overall, the promises made before registration were not delivered, and the premium membership has not justified its cost. I would strongly advise fellow vendors to think carefully before trusting verbal assurances and investing in premium plans here. ### 1/5 — Makeup artist *2025-09-08* Have an account on WedMeGood business for over 10yrs now and now all of a sudden I’m unable to log in to my own account ,every time I try it states that I already have an account which is strange since it’s a business account and I’m signed out u should be able to sign in ..even though i sent emails to customer care they’ve not gotten back with any solution ### 1/5 — Makeup artist *2025-06-05* I’m honestly very disappointed with the services provided. I invested a significant amount to be a part of this platform, expecting value in return. Instead, I was asked to opt for additional services on a commission basis — something I clearly wasn’t interested in. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend using this platform as a side channel for your bookings. The services did not meet expectations at all. ### 1/5 — False claims at the time of renewal *2024-08-16* I had asked before renewal if there was a pause of subscription for maternity, the team member committed that pause will be provided if documents are submitted, When the time came the team member was non-responsive for 2 months and then offered credit note, which was not a part of the commitment, on fighting I was offered a pause of 3 months in my 2nd trimester, which was completely useless as I wouldn’t be able to attend inquiries during delivery or handling a new borne. They make false promises, spam leads all over the app. Earlier it used to work. But not now, and the team has got worse. ### 5/5 — Wave & Frames Studios *2024-02-02* We are extremely happy with wedmegood platform. They make sure to attend our calls and messages every time we have any concern. This platform gives you lot of visibility and connect you to your desired clientele. Its just a game of money and nothing else. They do not list authentic vendors , just anyone who can afford to pay them the given amount becomes a pro member. Earlier it was about the quality and so we used to list our business through them! But now 15 makeup artists are listed as pro members and the ones who just learnt and managed to make a profile are on top compared to the people who are so experienced and have better quality of work. So I WOULD RECOMMEND ALL BRIDES TO BE! Kindly do not trust the app. Take genuine suggestions from your friends and family. This platform is just making money whereas do not risk your big day with the app’s choice! TAKE REVIEWS FROM THE PAST BRIDES OF HOW THEY WENT AROUND AND LOVED WHOSE WORK!! Thankyou!! Hope to have a fruitful relationship with them along the lines of future. ### 1/5 — Worst company *2023-03-01* I had an absolutely terrible experience working with Wed Me Good as a vendor specifically my relation ship manager Shahrukh Mihir. Not only did I not receive any leads from their platform despite paying for their services, but when I tried to voice my concerns to their customer care team, they completely ignored me and did nothing to address the issue. To make matters even worse, when I persisted in trying to get some kind of response from Wed Me Good, they actually went so far as to block my account from their portal. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a company that claims to be dedicated to helping vendors grow their business. Overall, I would strongly advise against working with Wed Me Good as a vendor. They are clearly more interested in making money than actually providing value to their customers, and they will not hesitate to silence anyone who dares to question their practices. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable and trustworthy platform to help you grow your business. Thanks!
