They don’t even have the common courtesy of sending a message and the male operator on the phone has no manners whatsoever and speaks to people in a rude manner. ### 1/5 — Terrible Cash Only Service *2021-12-10, version 1.7.0* Pre-booked my taxi. 20 mins late it arrived. The base kept cutting off my call. Apparently the taxi driver told me they don’t like picking up passengers that pay by card so they avoid them. Nice! In our newly contactless world good luck with that one!
