## What is WEDO?

WEDO is the all-in-one app built for painting contractors — by a painter, for painters. Run your entire business from your phone: estimates, contracts, invoices, job costing, crews, and your books, all in one place.

CREATE ESTIMATES IN MINUTES
• Film the room and WEDO's AI measures every wall, ceiling, door, and window for you — no tape measure.
• Price the whole job from YOUR own numbers: paint, labor, prep, travel, overhead, tax, and markup.
• Give your client three clear options — good, better, best — and win more jobs.

CONTRACTS & E-SIGNATURE
• Turn an approved estimate into a full contract automatically.
• Get it signed right on the screen and store it with the job.

INVOICES & GET PAID
• Turn any job into a professional invoice in seconds.
• See what's billed, paid, and overdue at a glance.

KNOW YOUR PROFIT
• Live job costing on every project — labor, materials, and change orders flow in automatically.
• Financial books show month profit, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and projected payroll.

MANAGE YOUR CREW
• Schedule painters, assign tasks, log hours, and run payroll.
• Keep your whole client book — VIPs, balances, and history — in one place.

MORE TOOLS FOR PAINTERS
• 1,500+ paint colors from the top brands, searchable by name or code.
• Inventory tracking with reorder alerts.
• Change orders that post to the invoice and job cost so you never eat the extra work.
• Closeout documents: punch lists, warranties, and lien waivers.
