I was in the gym and I was relying on the app to complete my workout challenge. I tried playing my music while using the app and immediately began experiencing crashing/lag/error messages from the app. I thought you could play music while using like the Nike app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still experienced the same issues. It was disappointing because my time in the gym was wasted and I needed the workouts for my challenge. I tried getting it resolved for about an hour with a support agent

I’m a coach and I joined the March challenge via the WeDo app. There has been nothing but issues with this app and every time I’ve requested help I’m either ignored or given the same information of we are experiencing bugs.. I have now requested my refund of 49.59 CAD and now I’m being Ignored. This is unethical business practice and I’m disgusted by the treatment of this organization.
