It doesn’t show you where your driver is, only the time your order is “scheduled” to arrive. I wanted to love this service but it’s not any more convenient than just going to the store myself. It’s been almost a week of going back and forth with support. I’ve provided my correct address and the requested proof multiple times, including Google Maps, yet they keep asking for more instead of resolving the issue. I shouldn’t have to do this much just to get a refund for an order I never received. I went to my phone settings to change it to English. When I closed the app entirely and went back, it was still all in Mandarin. I tried going through and translating all the in app options to see if I could change the language there, but I couldn’t.
