## What is WeeGoals?

WeeGoals is built on one simple idea: every week starts fresh.

Open the app, see your goals, check them off, close it. No to-do list that piles up forever, no overdue tasks staring back at you, just the current week.

WHY WEEGOALS?

Productivity apps are often too complex, too anxiety-inducing, or too connected. WeeGoals takes the opposite approach: it's simple to use, it keeps you in rhythm, and it reminds you what's left, without ever getting heavy-handed.

WeeGoals cuts out the noise so you can focus on what matters and hit your goals for the week.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Simplicity first, open the app, see your goals, check them off. Zero friction, zero fuss.
- Streaks, a streak counter on your recurring goals to keep you motivated and the chain unbroken.
- Custom reminders, toggle notifications on or off, and choose exactly when they trigger. Nothing imposed: it's entirely up to you.
- Simple and full goals, check a goal off in one tap, or break it into subtasks with a progress bar.
- Subtasks, break a full goal down into concrete steps, each checkable on its own.
- Rich notes, document your ideas in Markdown on any goal or subtask.
- Recurring goals, workouts, reading, meditation: mark them as recurring and they come back automatically each week.
- iOS widget, see your week's progress right on the home screen.
- Native iPad, the app works just as well on your iPhone as on your iPad.
- Automatic light / dark theme that adapts to any time of day.
- History, look back at your past weeks and your progress on every goal.
- Siri Integration
- Shortcuts integration

ZERO ACCOUNT, ZERO CLOUD

WeeGoals doesn't promise to change your life. It promises to help you end your week having done what you set out to do, without wasting your time.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-15

Export your goals, give them a deadline, and celebrate a week well finished.

EXPORT YOUR WEEK
Export your goals as Markdown or JSON, ready to share or copy in one tap. A toggle adds next week to the document. Export is also available by long-pressing the app icon, and from Siri, Spotlight and the Shortcuts app.

DUE DATES AND REMINDERS
Give a goal or a subtask a date and a time, and a notification will let you know when it comes. A goal due next week moves there on its own, so every week keeps telling the truth about itself.

A FINISHED WEEK IS WORTH CELEBRATING
Tick the last goal of the week and confetti rains down, with a haptic tap to match.

NOTES THAT ARE NICER TO WRITE
Bullet lists, checklists, numbered lists and quotes now carry on by themselves on the next line, indentation included. Two indent buttons join the formatting bar, and the first letter of each item is capitalised for you.

ALSO IN THIS RELEASE
• Subtask titles can finally be renamed
• The medium widget can show subtasks
• The clock and Live Activity stay visible — the app no longer hides the status bar

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-12

No release notes.
