WeekArc brings your whole GLP-1 journey into one place — and shows you how the
pieces connect.

Most apps track one thing. WeekArc puts your medication, body, nutrition,
hydration, activity and symptoms on a single timeline, so you can finally see
what is actually changing.


YOUR WEEK HAS A SHAPE

Log a dose and WeekArc shows your cycle day alongside an estimated medication
timeline built from your own dose records. You see where you are in the cycle —
not just what you took. (Timelines are shown for supported medications.)


ONE DAILY TIMELINE

Every dose, weight, meal, glass of water, check-in and symptom in one
chronological view. No more piecing your journey together across different apps.


THE THREE THAT ACTUALLY MATTER

WeekArc is not a calorie counter. On GLP-1 medication, appetite and food
intake often fall (ACLM, ASN, OMA and TOS joint advisory, 2025), so WeekArc
keeps three numbers in front of you — protein, fiber and water. Log meals in a couple of taps with favorites, add protein or fiber
on their own, or connect Apple Health and keep using the nutrition app you
already have. No red numbers. No budget you blew.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

No account. No ads, no tracking SDKs. Your records live on your device — WeekArc
has no server for them — and they are included in your own encrypted device
backup, so a new phone restores them. You decide what to connect. Apple Health
is optional, you can export a backup any time, and your history is never
locked.
