Would love to see that enhancement! ### 3/5 — Used to be a Great app *2024-08-07, version 16.0.6* Really love this app. The color coding events, enabling to add the emoticons, seeing same info on my iPhone and my iPad, repeat functionality, the different views and the notification choices are great. I just wish you could sort by appointment type. Update: all the different overlapping calendars are confusing. Each holiday has 2 entries, unable to streamline or delete duplicates. Also, when I program my schedule into app, if I touch a date wrong or for too long it changes my schedule which is unhelpful. Update: You lost another star. I HATE that I can’t change my day view. I don’t want a split screen to see other events. I just want to see that day but iPad version doesn’t give that option any more. Also not happy you haven’t worked with iCloud and figured out a way to keep color coded event preferences synced between devices. It’s time to start looking for a new app, which is a shame. None of my previous issues have even been addressed and they just keep making it worse not better. ### 3/5 — Functional app *2024-07-10* I would give this app 5 stars if I could easily contact support and not have the pop-up window trying to convince me to purchase pro version which I cannot afford. For font size, I can hardly read the events I have scheduled due to the small font size and have not found how to change as the font size in “day & week” in settings does nothing. I tried to contact support and the app wants me to configure email in settings, I thought I did by signing up for information, but obviously not, so I cannot contact support as to why I’m writing this review. That pop-up window trying to sell me the Pro version is annoying to say the least…. ### 4/5 — Best Calendar App *2024-07-03, version 16.0.6* This one does it all. Cannot find a better one. However, I am very frustrated at having to dismiss the prompt messages every time I turn it on. The prompt for me to take up an annual subscription is unacceptable. Why should I? Since they have moved to their subscription model almost every time I open it, I’m blasted with an reduced subscription offer advert, for an app that I’ve already purchased. Give it a break. ### 2/5 — Annoying change *2024-03-07, version 15.6.8* Ive been using this app on ipad and iphone for over 10 years and in general i love it and rely on it but recently every time i open it on ipad it asks me to become a pro user before i can access the app. This is completely unnecessary and interfering with my enjoyment of the app. ### 4/5 — More categories *2024-01-23, version 15.6.8* I would like to have more categories for types of appointments and events. ### 3/5 — Not a terrible app, but overpriced ... *2024-01-19, version 15.6.8* ... especially when coupled with the iPhone app. If you're an iPad/iPhone user, there are better options with significantly better price points. If you only use one device, it's ok, but not fantastic. Tough to recommend at these prices. Also has a number of subscription only calendars, the most annoying of which is a weather feature that always momentarily appears and disappears when opening the app, even when you don't have or want) that subscription. Overall, this app had a good early life, but the quest for profit taking has pushed it down below it's peers. When I next opened it on the same iPad I was told I needed to log-in again AND WAS CHARGED A SECOND TIME. Calling iTunes has been no help! Careful over their “promise” of a free week! I try to use the support feature in app and it doesn’t work, won’t allow me to send the message and won’t allow submitting images as the message disappears when trying to attach. Also, when swiping right to left to view the next month, instead of getting October 2024, I get December 2000. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this app. Another issue just reared its ugly head; I missed an appointment because my iPad Pro WeekCal app did not update with an appointment created on my iPhone! I was wondering for so long why I couldn’t get my calendar from my IPhone to sync and it was because these weren’t the same apps. Check the developer. The other is by Do More Mobile. Llc ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2024-05-10, version 16.0.6* No longer permits me to edit events once added. Yes, same device (iPad). Yes, within minutes of adding. No, I've changed no settings. Invites you to rate app but first asks "are you enjoying...?" If you say "no" you can get FAQs but not the rating screen. Why would I pay to “subscribe” again with 6 months left of my current subscription? The glossy View is amazing. It is so simple and at the same time so complete. Previous iterations of this calendar have been buggy. I’ve had a few issues and regretted doing updates. The version now is great, back to the old standard that it was.
