たまに音が鳴らない。

たまに音が鳴らない件、ご不便をおかけしてしまい申し訳ありませんでした。
本件、おそらくですが、次の２点のいずれかが原因と考えられます。

- 端末が「消音モード」になっている。
- 端末が「集中モード」になっている。

「消音モード」は端末側面のボタンで解除してください。

２つ目の「集中モード」に関しては、次の手順により対象の集中モードで「本アプリを追加する」か「即時通知を有効」にしてください。

(1) ホーム画面から「設定（アプリ）」を開く。
(2)「集中モード」をタップする。
(3)「対象の集中モード」をタップする。
(4)「アプリ」をタップする。
(5) 本アプリを追加する。（あるいは「即時通知」を有効にする。）

ご参考いただけましたら幸いです。それでは失礼いたします。

I really wanted to love this app, but I don’t think the creators care about it anymore.

I love the simplicity of it, and how smooth it is, and I really wanted to use it, but it won’t connect to my music, and I haven’t heard back from the feedback email about this. I’ve kept it around for at least a week while trying other apps, and I keep revisiting, hoping the problem will be solved, but no luck. The rest of the features are not enough to keep me using this when I would really like the option to use my own music.

Went to 120 minutes but could do it on other days during the week.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I think your problem is caused by the mode of your device.
There are three possible causes:

- The device is set to Silent mode.
- The device is set to Do Not Disturb mode.
- Ringer and Alerts volume of the device is set to minimum.

As for the third item, "Ringer and Alerts volume", check the settings by going to "Settings" > "Sounds & Haptics" from the home screen.

Used to love this app and used it for years due to the ability to dim the screen. I am unable to dim the screen now due to a bright advertisement that I can’t get rid of.  In the past I could just turn my phone over and ignore it but needed to use a different charger where I have to have the phone face up. The bright ad woke me up and I have been unable to go back to sleep. I will be deleting this app since it is now negatively impacting my sleep.

毎日使っておりとても助かってます。イヤホンにも対応、おやすみ音楽もかけられる。とても使いやすいです。ただ、無料なのはありがたいのですが、広告が出てアラームが止まる時があるのでむしろ課金させて欲しいです。課金すると広告が表示されなくなる仕様を作って欲しい。
