## What is Weekly Goals?

Make steady progress on the things that matter to you, one week at a time.

Weekly Goals gives you a full week to reach each target. Choose up to three goals, watch your progress grow, and leave room for busy days.

• Track steps, workouts, movement, sleep, water, mindfulness, and more with automatic progress from Apple Health.
• Create custom goals for anything else, from reading to practicing a skill, and log progress yourself.
• Check your progress on the dashboard or Home Screen widgets. Log custom goals right from a widget.
• Look back at past weeks in History and see which goals you reached.
• Celebrate completed goals, with optional notifications when you hit a target.

No daily streaks. Just meaningful goals and the freedom to move at your own pace.
