## What is Weekly Meal Plan?

Kondate helps you plan a week of dinners in advance, then turns that plan straight into a shopping list.

- Plan by day of the week
Jot down a main and side for each day. Leaving days blank is fine - nothing scolds you for gaps.

- Turns into a shopping list
Build a shopping list straight from your weekly plan, and check items off as you buy them.

- Works with Uchi no Recipe
Pick dishes you've saved in the sister app Uchi no Recipe right from your weekly plan (Kondate also works fine on its own). Only the dish name is shared - no photos or notes.

- Made to stay out of your way
- Your plan stays on this device only, never sent anywhere
- No ads
- No nutrition scoring, no comments on what you eat
- Free lets you keep up to two weekly plans; a one-time purchase removes that limit

Decide the week ahead of time, and the kitchen gets a little lighter every day.
