App semplicissima da usare e veramente utile per impostare e pianificare i pasti settimanali (cosa che rende minimi gli sprechi di cibo e velocizza al massimo l’organizzazione di una qualunque dieta). Molto comoda la possibilità di poter selezionare dei giorni in particolare e condividere tramite link esterno i pasti associati a quelle date. Consigliata!

Hands down went through so many apps and has great capabilities others don’t like breakfast, snacks, and FOOD EXPIRATIONS! Phenomenal app also warns you when meal plan is running out via alarm. One request to add is nutrition facts or macros and goals but understanding that that’s not necessarily why this app was created. Great app through.
