## What is Weekly Table?

Weekly Table is a meal planner, calorie tracker, grocery list and long-term food storage log in one app. Most of it works with no signal.

PLAN AND COOK
• 12,000 recipes built in, with full ingredient lists and step-by-step methods
• 621 wild game recipes: venison, elk, moose, bear, duck, goose, grouse and more, with safe cooking temperatures
• Add meals to your week and the grocery list builds itself
• Keep your own recipes alongside the built-in ones

TRACK WHAT YOU EAT
• 150,000 foods, including Canadian and US packaged products
• Scan a barcode, search by name, or estimate a plate from a photo
• Calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus fiber, sugar and sodium
• Works with Apple Health to count the calories you burn
• Weight chart, weekly summary and a projected goal date

SHOP AND STOCK
• A grocery list built from your meal plan
• A pantry list, so you don't buy what you already have

LONG-TERM FOOD STORAGE
• A guide to 73 storage foods: how to pack each one, whether to use an oxygen absorber, and signs it has gone bad
• Use-by dates for each batch by storage method: original package, airtight container, vacuum-sealed jar, jar or Mylar with an oxygen absorber, fridge or freezer
• Log amounts in pounds, kilograms, gallons, liters, jars, buckets or cans, converted to weight for you
• See how many days of food you have for your household
• A "Use first" list, and optional reminders before use-by dates
• Add your own foods and categories, scan barcodes into storage, and attach shelf photos
• Print your inventory or save it as a PDF
• Figures are cited in the app: USDA FoodKeeper and FoodData Central, Utah State University Extension, and BYU

GOOD TO KNOW
• No account and no ads
• Syncs between your iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud
• Recipes, food search, logging and storage work offline. Photo estimates and looking up an unknown barcode need a connection.
• Storage reminders are off until you turn them on

Weekly Table gives general food and nutrition information, not medical advice. Shelf-life figures are estimates of quality; always check food before you eat it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.15 — 2026-10-08

Long-Term Storage, rebuilt.

• Use-by dates for every batch, based on how it's stored: original package, airtight container, vacuum-sealed jar, jar or Mylar with an oxygen absorber, fridge or freezer.
• My storage: everything you have in one list, A to Z or by category. Change amounts with − and +.
• Log amounts in pounds, kilograms, gallons, liters, jars, buckets or cans. The app converts them to weight.
• Days of food for your household, worked out from everything you've logged.
• Add your own foods and categories, and scan a barcode straight into storage.
• A "Use first" list, and optional reminders before use-by dates.
• Print your inventory, or save it as a PDF.

### 1.0.13 — 2026-10-06

Opens on the tab you used last. Meal Plan shows empty days as one short row, so the week is quicker to scroll. Small tidy-ups on the Recipes page.

### 1.0.12 — 2026-10-04

Search 130,000 packaged products sold in Canada and the US, with brand, calories and serving size. Products on the list scan with no signal. Apple Health sync button on the Daily Log.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-10-01

New in this update:
• A proper weight graph: pick Week, Month or All, see your dates and weights along the axes, and a dashed line for your goal weight.
• Your starting weight is remembered from the first weight you enter, so you can always see how far you've come. Change it any time if it was wrong.
• Slimmer, cleaner bars on the Last 7 days chart.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-30

New in this update:
• Apple Health: choose how much of your Apple Health exercise calories to count – 50%, 75% or all of them (Settings > Apple Health).
• Your recent foods list now remembers 12 foods instead of 8, so re-logging your usual meals takes one tap.
• Small fixes and improvements.
