## What is Weekly5x3?

Get inspired by keeping track of your weekly training whatever it is. Push ups, sit ups och pull ups. Set for the ideal schedule of 5 exercices a day and 3 times a week. Adding up numbers of exercises day for day. Set your own number per exercise. After resting for a minute you will hear a signal.
