## What is Weeknight?

Weeknight is not a recipe database. It only knows the meals your family actually eats, which is why planning a week takes about a minute, and why the grocery list writes itself when you are done.

Sunday evening, and the question starts again: what is everyone eating this week? Weeknight answers it once, for the whole week, so nobody has to answer it fresh every single night.

Here is the whole app, in three steps.

Save your real meals. Not a thousand recipes you will never cook. Just the dinners your family already eats on repeat, with the ingredients you actually buy for them.

Place them on the week. Pick a meal for tonight, tomorrow, and the rest of the week. Swap any night in a tap. Nothing is locked in.

Tap once for the list. Weeknight gathers every ingredient from the week you just planned, lists them under the dinner that needs them so you always know what each ingredient is for, marks anything two dinners share with a count so you buy enough in one trip, and leaves alone anything you added by hand so it survives the next rebuild. At the store, switch to By aisle to see the same list sorted into produce, meat, dairy, bakery and pantry, and check items off right from your phone. Need a second set of hands? Share the list to Messages or Reminders.

That is the whole app. Nothing to learn, no account to set up, nothing syncing anywhere it should not.

The longer you use it, the more it remembers. Your meal library shows how many times you have actually cooked each dinner. And the week screen keeps a running count of every dinner your family has shared, so tonight is not just dinner, it is dinner number however-many together, and you can watch that number grow.

Weeknight is free to plan with. Save up to 8 meals, plan every week, and build every grocery list at no cost. If your rotation grows past 8 favorites, Weeknight Unlimited unlocks unlimited saved meals for a single one-time payment, shared automatically across your whole Family Sharing group. No subscription.

Everything you save stays on your device. Weeknight does not ask for an account, does not connect to a server, and does not track you. It just remembers your dinners.
