IMPROVED • Faster and more stable map previews: Event locations are loaded as cached map previews, making events open more quickly and repeated access even faster. • Travel time for events: Travel time can now be conveniently configured in hours and minutes when creating or editing an event and is displayed within the event. • New year view: A continuously scrollable two-column monthly overview for the years 1900–2100 replaces the previous single-year view. The header remains visible while scrolling, and you can jump directly to any year by tapping the year. • Month and year navigation: The current month is automatically centered when opening the view, and the Today button now jumps directly to the current month in the year view. FIXED • Fixed a crash when opening events with a location. • More reliable event selection in the week view: When events overlap, tapping always opens the event you actually tapped. Quickly tapping again or switching between events no longer displays mixed titles or details from different events. Linknor-Integration: NEW • Shared calendar configuration with Linknor: Hidden calendars and reminder lists are now synchronized across devices, and changes made on other devices are applied automatically. • Reliable participant synchronization with Linknor: Participants and RSVP statuses are synchronized between Weeknor and Linknor using shared cloud storage. Changes are updated primarily via push notifications, while an efficient background sync ensures everything stays up to date. IMPROVED • More robust Linknor integration: Linked encounters are identified using stable identifiers and opened directly in Linknor. Existing links remain intact even when events are modified. • Consistent participant and organization display: Individually added participants and organization members are clearly grouped. Changes to organizations in Linknor, including the removal of the last organization, are fully synchronized. • More reliable data synchronization: Participant data is protected against synchronization conflicts, long calendar identifiers, and outdated local data. Removed participants remain removed and are not accidentally restored during synchronization.
