Dreadful so much info required each person has to download the app costing you money. The questions keep changing back to Italian instead of retaining the language chosen. 
Total waste of time.

In an era of unprecedented global mobility, it’s good to know that blinkered regionalism is still alive. 

Can use global roaming for $5 Australian a day. No need to get an Italian number nor the ability to in my iPhone. 

So this service to hire a bike to roam around in is utterly useless to a tourist. 

So very Italian. A great idea foiled by something so basic, so elemental it feels like deliberate planning. 
Much like how Alfa Romeos end up. You never see an old Alfa on the roads nowadays. Because they’re not supposed to last.

Can’t eve register as it asks for a ‘fiscal’ number and won’t accept my New Zealand tax number even though I can register that I’m from New Zealand. Useless.

By far the worst bike share app I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. After wasting 30 minutes I gave up and just enjoyed the city on foot. Recommend the city do not recommend Weelo.

Weelo is so badly designed that it can’t read American phone numbers. It states that your cell # is “invalido” and will not proceed.  This comes up when, after stating that an SMS (ie text message) has been sent with a confirmation number (to be entered), no text appears.  You attempt to Save the information (since that’s an option and you’re desperate), and only then does it tell you that your cell is invalid. There is no workaround. (I can read and speak Italian, so that part wasn’t an obstacle for me.)

This is the app for you! Guaranteed impossible to successfully complete the 48 required steps, starting with the account you need to create to create an account, which will allow you to… create another account. Amazing that Apple allows something like this on the platform.

We spent over an hour trying to load the information to get a membership and the app kept crashing, wouldn’t send a verification code, and had no other options

Makes you enter in a lot of information to make an account, and it doesn’t even have Apple Pay integration: you need to enter in your card number manually and then let them do god knows what with it.
