Neither the app nor the instruction manual tells you how to connect the Bluetooth on the device. Really frustrating and I will have to return the item as this is not helpful or intuitive at all

Just got my ring light and downloaded this right away only to find out it’s not working at all. As soon as I open the app, it’ll show the app name, then just plain black screen.

I just got this light for my cosplays to take photos and videos. I was really happy with it, it has all of the colours I wanted I could control everything about it. But mid shooting it became unresponsive and I can’t adjust anything. Not even on my weeylite itself. I’m trying to reset it but I don’t know how.

With necessary features, this light enables vital captures nicely. Compact synchronized adjustments on a small budget is possible with this tool.  Tweaking the firmware will be good!!!! 
For now, this light is the perfect choice.

At first I though it didn’t work but then realized it has to be on the same channel in order to connect. It’s perfect for making special affects videos!

So I had bought my ring light offline on  amazon and I love it very much but I wanted to give it some time  to give my review and the 2 days that I received it no problems but  tonight as I’m using it to make a video the app is unresponsive I just tried  resetting it that seems to work... but hopefully this isn’t an on going thing.
