Left it on my phone just for hopes and dreams and those good feels. Got notified of new tour… can get early access to tickets with fan club code. The club sent me this email yet I still cannot join the #%+$@ fan club! When I try to click on karl’s corner it brings me to the membership fan club ordering page. I’ve reached out for help/ support and received a message “Thank you for contacting us! We are looking into this for you, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience! Best, 237 Global Team” But have never gotten any help or any other response. Can anyone help me with this? Clicked “Resend code” and still nothing. ### 2/5 — Never got anything *2019-05-11* I love Weezer and I thought this would be a great purchase, to become part of the fan club. So I purchased the bundle and all I received was a text saying I purchased it. The link it sent to view my order led me to a page that didn’t exist. This was on March 2. I have received no further updates or emails about my $55 order. I just want to know if I’m still getting my things. I didn’t even receive access to special content or anything. It says it has not been delivered even though it clearly has and 2. I can’t access anything at all! every time i trying to it says my multi pass request failed and i don’t know how to fix it. I would rate it 5 stars if it got fixed! ### 3/5 — Sound linked to ringer switch/portrait video *2019-04-07* I can watch the YouTube app all day without touching my ringer switch but for the weezer app you have to switch the switch on to hear anything. Also can’t seem to figure out how to watch videos in landscape. Watching 16:9 videos in portrait mode on a iPhone is no fun. Also can’t scrub the video so if you want to skip to a certain part you have to watch the whole thing. I’ve closed and opened the App, restarted the phone, made sure I’m not randomly connected to a Bluetooth speaker, etc. I can’t get any sound. I paid money so I can get the bonus content but it’s silent. I’d expect this from maybe a Yellowcard app but not a band that made two perfect albums in the 90s. No offense but drink my blood! UPDATE: I realized that if you’re phone is on silent, it won’t play sound, not even through headphones. 99% of people I know keep their phone on vibrate but if you want to hear sweet =w= sounds, join the 1% who keep their sound on. **Developer response:** Hi, We apologize for any inconvenience. Please make sure the sound switch on the side of your iPhone XR is in the switched forward position so the ringer is on. All sound from the app will play from your iPhone speakers when the sound is switch is not in the silent mode. The sound from the app will always play through your headphones regardless what position the sound switch is in. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
