Whomever the courier is been assign to now a days are asking for money by either saying it’s far so pay us more or to handle it properly pay us more or 2kg product they tell us it’s more than 5 kg so it’s heavy so you should pay more. Some or the other way they are asking us to pay more. Not only one time but I am facing it every time I book from past months. And I heard people around me also dealing the same issue. It’s raining, your location is far so pay us more. Wefast need to look after this as we don’t know where else to go and whom to complain otherwise. Also the schedule time does not work in your app as anyone who accepts it they say ‘woh bhul se accept kar liya’ and then they don’t answer the phone as well ### 1/5 — Terrible courier service *2023-09-09* After waiting for 45 minutes, the rider tells me that it’ll take him another 45 minutes to come. Absolutely absurd. For the next rider it takes 10 calls for him to pick up. When he finally comes he says that it’ll take him an hour and 30 minutes to reach the drop location when it is barely 45 minutes away. I am so disappointed with this. This is no way to treat customers and especially when there is an urgency. One thing I know for sure is that I will not be using this app ever again and will have the same suggestion to others. They try to solve the problems personally and do not trouble the customers. There are some problems in the app . Location does not match with the address mentioned. Please try to solve this problem which we face ### 1/5 — Worst experience, Lost my garment, pathetic customer care service. *2022-11-09* I own a fashion boutique, i used this app to deliver my clients garment, "so called name Wefast", Should be called as (WELOST). 1. The wefast boy comes to collect a parcel & requested me to cancel it, so that he gets the full amount, n when i denied to cancel it he took the parcel n i paid him the amount what showed me in the application, and the delivery time was showng 1hour, when he left, after half n hour i started calling him because in map it was showing he has stop somewere, n after calling him ampule amount of times then he recve the calls and say i've lost the garment, (pls mujhe maaf krdo), n wen i took the help of customer care service there was no response, in help chat, u get 1reply in 2hours, then wen i told them abt the courier boy lost my garment, they askd for the bill and my account details, n wen i shared the bill to them, after that i didn't got any reply from their side, they are fraud, they don't care about the customer, it was a big losss for me, Pls do no use this app, No guaranty of anything, my garment got lost, i had to listen so much from my customer, & even i paid the courier charges that also gone. Horrible Experience i must say. ### 1/5 — Complaint of an abusive courier carrier *2022-06-14* I canceled a booking through app and paid the cancellation fee which i am liable to, the delivery guy was near the pickup location and he started talking to me rudely about how “I wasted his time by not informing him about the cancellation “ and later he used an abusive language “ch****a hu kya jo drive karke aaya“. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable to any customer, when i tried to call the company to place this complaint, the company didnt even take the complaint (told this to me through an automated voice). I will place my review everywhere possible so that such kind of nasty and disrespectful behaviour is avoided in the future. With this kind of behaviour the company wont last long and I hope these kind of drivers should not be entertained in the company and give training to the drivers. Very disappointed and will recommend people to be careful before using your app. ### 5/5 — Most Critical Service required *2022-01-23* The services provided by Wefast is just the need of the hour in a city like Mumbai. Hats off to the founders. It saved us big time today. Got my son’s shoes all the way from Belapur Decathlon in few hours. He has a trip in 2 days. No store in Mumbai had his size. Wefast made it so simple for us to get it delivered at our home. The overall experience was so smooth. Just want to thank the founders for this brialliant initiative. Kudos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 ### 3/5 — Few important points *2021-12-19* 1- address doesn’t not detect properly even after mentioning the main landmark. 2- there are many a times when the address is detected properly but in finally address it shows something else. 3- many delivery boy keep asking for the address even after mentioning everything. It gets very annoying especially when you are at work. 4- the most important point. I have come across many delivery boys who pickup the parcel and then tells me to cancel the pick up so that they take the entire amount. I feel it’s a cheating towards you people who are making our life easier. Many a times i do not cancel it but there are times I have done it when I need a urgent delivery. 5- I have also come across delivery boys who comes to pickup and then tells us to call them personally next time. You need to come up with some thing where these delivery boy does not cheat you all. May be like putting a PIN number once they pickup the parcel, if we cancel the order within a certain time then we are chargeable(unless there is a valid reason) or making us speak to the customer service. I don’t know I’m just giving you guys an example. Keeping a track of your delivery boys are very important. They telling us to cancel the delivery is a risk for us as our parcel is with them and it’s a fraud to you also as they are they the entire amount for themselves whereas they are getting delivery order from your app. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and taken some swift action. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service and delivery guy alloted *2021-09-06* I booked a delivery on fixed time slot. Instead of calling me the person called the customer 7 times?! Why? When asked why didn’t you call the pick up number he says kiya bhi laga I had my mobile in my hand plus he didn’t bother to even check the location himself before coming in and kept calling. I informed the Customer service person and he said we Will alot new person… a new person was alloted and still the old person keeps calling me and the customer . It’s so embarrassing for us as a team and brand. Pathetic and no customer service agent bothers to read and text.. they just send automated text. let’s wait for the new delivery guy to come and pick up the order. Will update accordingly ### 5/5 — Issue with location *2021-07-31* As I try and update my location , google almost always picks up a nearby location and doesn’t properly let me update the location I had mentioned . A lot of time it creates hassles in delivery , during my working hours . I had to at times go and collect my stuff from nearby landmark instead of the place I want to mention in address section . It needs to be rectified ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service + someone stole my package *2021-07-26* While the app itself is great and I’ve had some wonderful riders who’ve been a godsend, the company doesn’t care about its riders at all. Their customer service is awful and they don’t provide any assistance to their riders who might get stranded otherwise. I’ve had this happen to me a few times where riders have reached out to me for assistance because the actual company couldn’t help them on time. But more recently, one of the riders stole my package and the company had the worst response to this and blamed me for not “securing my package” from thefts.
